There are so many wonderful images from my recent trip out West it’s taken me a lot longer than expected to narrow them down to a reasonably-sized slideshow to share with you all. What a wonderful day we had with Kelly and Marcos. I met Kelly at her parents home to get ready and then ventured to the first meeting with Marcos at St. Vincent Ferrer in River Forest. After their heartfelt ceremony we loaded the trolley for an adventure (to say the least). A quick stop at Kinzie Street Bridge then back out to Rosemont for their surprisingly very scenic reception at Victoria Banquets. Thanks again for a great day – I look forward to the opportunity of our paths to cross again!

Some of you may remember these two fun women from last year – I was asked by Susan to capture her surprising her best friend Christine with a pampered girls weekend. This year Christine knew I was coming but it was still filled with excitement! I loved being a part of their special weekend filled with letting loose, catching up, and relaxing. These two have such a great outlook on their lives and a contagious feeling of freedom. Now that I have been initiated into their girls weekend with a cosmo – I can’t wait to shoot them again next year!

Last week I met up with Art and Liz for their engagement session in Naperville. We had a lot of fun exploring the river walk and playing with the gorgeous light. Thanks for being such troopers in the afternoon heat. I’m really looking forward to shooting with the two of you again next summer for the big day!
