I had a blast shooting with Cheryl and Eric – their lighthearted sense of humor made for a relaxed session full of personality and love (my two favorite things when it comes to engagement sessions!) We took a little tour around the West Loop and dabbled into the Loop and Museum Campus. From shooting this session I know there will be tons of great moments at their wedding in November at the Morton Arboretum – can’t wait!!

I was ecstatic when John contacted me back in November to start planning a surprise proposal for Anna. John knew he wanted to be at the Art Institute – one of the couple’s favorite spots – it was the perfect location! John gave Anna a portrait session for Valentine’s Day – so she knew we would be taking pictures….little did she know the session would quickly turn into an engagement session. Last weekend the day was finally here and John was able to put all his plans in place. Everything panned out perfectly – so enough babbling…here are the pics!!
