The skies cleared, sun was beaming and love was in the air! I had a great evening with Alison and Steve Sunday for their engagement session. We started things off at Seven Ten with a little thumb war action (where they first met and now frequent) and then took a little tour of the neighborhood – hitting some hot spots and finishing up around Alison’s first Chicago apartment. Alison and I have known each other since high school keeping in touch over the years through mutual friends and every time we get together it’s like we never skipped a beat – same old laughs and silly escapades! I am so excited to be sharing this special time with her and Steve – what a wonderful wedding it’s going to be in December at Architectural Artifacts – can’t wait!!!

Perfect weather for a stroll around town – I had a blast hanging out with Kari and Jason for their laid back engagement session earlier this week. I’m really looking forward to their intimate wedding coming up quick at the end of the month! See you guys soon!!
